Barbarella is a rockband from Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Barbarella was founded in 2006 and presented in 2008 her debut EP: Neon City.
This EP got some great response:

• Barbarella was selected for Popronde 2009
• Musicmaker rates Neon City 4 ut of 5 stars (‘…f**king nice…’)

The EP is downloadable(for free) through Mininova, Last FM and offcourse Bandcamp. Neon City is downloaded thousends of times already.

Modern Times Rock ‘n’ Roll!
Obviously Barbarella is inspired by '60's and '70's hardrock. But there are also influences from pop, punk, grunge and above all stoner. Combine Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, Deep Purple, Guns ‘n’ Roses and Stone Temple Pilots and you get an idea of what Barbarella is all about. Modern Times Rock ‘n’ Roll: heavy, in your face, rocksongs.
